Value Discount Plan Members can save 10% ‐ 20% on provider’s standard fees for hearing aids, hearing aid repairs and related hearing products (excluding batteries). Free annual cleaning and check of hearing aids purchased through the program is also included.

The Hearing Plan is included as a benefit of the Value Discount Plan. The Value Discount Plan is based on a yearly membership fee of $99.00 for a single membership and $139.00 for a family membership. Purchasing our Value Discount Plan includes substantial savings on Eye Care, Dental, Hearing, Chiropractic Care, Prescriptions, and Vitamins.
